Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects Assisted Living Center:  This facility is 4 levels above the parking levels.  We completed the design for an enlarged ground floor footprint, and three floors above the setback for a total of 135,000 SF of building. Independent Living Center:  This structure is a 5 story building plus 2 levels of underground parking garage.  It includes a bridge connector to the tower.   It has a total area of  approximately 224,000 SF. Wellness Center:  This is a 1 story building, directly adjacent to the previously existing tower and activities center.  It has an approximate floor plan of 21,600 SF. Methodist LeBonheur Hospital Germantown Women & Children’s Pavilion & Parking Garage

Location:  Germantown, Tennessee Architect:  TRO Jung|Brannen Burr & Cole had the opportunity to work on this significant addition and upgrade of the Methodist LeBonheur Germantown Hosptal.   A new women’s and children’s center was incorporated into the design. This addition allowed for a new 24-bed neo-natal intensive care unit with private rooms to replace the old 16-bed ward set-up. Connected to the Pavilion is the recently completed Parking Deck which was also a part of our engineering scope.  This Parking Deck has three levels of parking for approximately 630 cars and is designed for a possible future fourth level. Carrier Everest

Location:  Collierville, Tennessee This 330,000 SF fast track addition to the Carrier Plant in Collierville, TN increased the 480,000 SF facility to over 800,000 SF.  Essential to the project were teamwork and strong communication between all members.  As with many of our projects, this job required phased release of documents.  The team carefully tracked construction costs during design to provide within-budget results. The Carrier Everest addition allows the Collierville plant to increase air conditioner production to 2 million units per year.  This facility contains a new press area, coil shop, paint areas, other fabrication areas, and warehousing.  The scope of work included increasing the capacity of the existing chiller plant, plant electrical capacity, and natural gas service.  Also added were...
