Assisted Living Center: This facility is 4 levels above the parking levels. We completed the design for an enlarged ground floor footprint, and three floors above the setback for a total of 135,000 SF of building.
Independent Living Center: This structure is a 5 story building plus 2 levels of underground parking garage. It includes a bridge connector to the tower. It has a total area of approximately 224,000 SF.
Wellness Center: This is a 1 story building, directly adjacent to the previously existing tower and activities center. It has an approximate floor plan of 21,600 SF.
Parking Garage: 2 Levels of underground parking garage are available in this garage. It has approximatley 35,000 SF on each level.
A green roof/garden area was designed to contain 2 feet of soil. This is an excellent area for the residents to be able to participate in gardening activities.
