Trezevant Manor Assisted Living, Independent Living & Wellness Centers

Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects Assisted Living Center:  This facility is 4 levels above the parking levels.  We completed the design for an enlarged ground floor footprint, and three floors above the setback for a total of 135,000 SF of building. Independent Living Center:  This structure is a 5 story building plus 2 levels of underground parking garage.  It includes a bridge connector to the tower.   It has a total area of  approximately 224,000 SF.
