University of Memphis FedEx Baseball Field Renovations

Civil Engineering design and construction management for this project was provided as part of the University’s renovation and upgrades to FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field. The existing grass was removed, leveled and the surface graded, then replaced with synthetic turf. Demolishing the outside wall and fencing were completed to allow for the installation of new fencing. Chickasaw Landing State Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement

As the Prime Designer for this project located in Henderson County, Tennessee at Chickasaw Landing State Park, we worked closely with the State of TN Department of Environment and Conservation and the State of TN Real Estate Asset Management. Demolition of the existing timber bridge required drawing down the lake. The beautiful new bridge is a 650-foot, pedestrian bridge with timber piling. The Owner requested the new bridge resemble the existing. Our design followed ADA accessibility requirements and was constructed under budget....

Rhodes College Catherine Burrow Refectory Expansion

Location: Memphis, Tennessee This project included a two-story, 18,000 SF addition and renovations to 38,000 SF of the existing building originally constructed between 1923 and 1986. The renovations included removal and replacement of a portion of existing roof to meet architectural requirements.  New openings were cut into existing concrete floor framing and walls as well as the infill of existing openings to accommodate new architectural and mechanical requirements.
