As the Prime Designer for this project located in Henderson County, Tennessee at Chickasaw Landing State Park, we worked closely with the State of TN Department of Environment and Conservation and the State of TN Real Estate Asset Management. Demolition of the existing timber bridge required drawing down the lake. The beautiful new bridge is a 650-foot, pedestrian bridge with timber piling.
The Owner requested the new bridge resemble the existing. Our design followed ADA accessibility requirements and was constructed under budget.
