Burr & Cole had the opportunity to work on the Lexington Condominiums at The Racquet Club of Memphis. This 5 building complex contains high end, luxury residences, and a guard house. Many of these residences have private elevators, garages, and outdoor spaces with terraces or balconies.
These structures have CMU shear walls at the garage and wood shear walls above the second floor.
