Location: Memphis, Tennessee The Rhodes College East Village is a 75,000 square foot, 3 story dormitory designed for upper-class male and female students. Each dorm/apartment included a kitchen, living room and full bathroom. The East Village design also contained a laundry area, conference room and a large meeting area with a patio that connected to the East Village Lodge. Premcore / Valero Pipe Bridge Over Nonconnah Creek

Owner: Valero Memphis Refinery Location: Memphis, Tennessee The Premcore / Valero Pipe Bridge Over Nonconnah Creek is a 514 foot long, 29 foot wide, 3 span bridge with bulb-tee beams using cast-in-place composite decking. The bridge was originally designed for one-lane HS15 truck loading plus a heavy utility piping load. Burr & Cole was involved in the design of the preliminary bulb-tee beam. We also were involved in the Substructure Design including cast-in-place composite deck design, intermediate bents, abutments, and foundations.
