Carrier Everest

Location: Collierville, Tennessee This 330,000 SF fast track addition to the Carrier Plant in Collierville, TN increased the 480,000 SF facility to over 800,000 SF. Essential to the project were teamwork and strong communication between all members. As with many of our projects, this job required phased release of documents. The team carefully tracked construction costs during design to provide within-budget results. The Carrier Everest addition allows the Collierville plant to increase air conditioner production to 2 million units per year. This facility contains a new press area, coil shop, paint areas, other fabrication areas, and warehousing.
