Metro 67 Renovation

Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  HBG This project was the renovation of the old Union Planters building at 67 Madison Avenue in Downtown Memphis to the new Metro 67 Apartments.  It included approximately 250,000 SF area of renovated space for residential use. 18,000 SF of this space is for retail & office usage.  At the end of construction, 157 high-end apartment spaces were available for rent.  The top floor apartments have 8 ft high doors and 11 ft high ceilings. A special feature is the new 8 story light well that allows natural light to filter in to apartments through the central open atrium. Trezevant Manor Assisted Living, Independent Living & Wellness Centers

Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects Assisted Living Center:  This facility is 4 levels above the parking levels.  We completed the design for an enlarged ground floor footprint, and three floors above the setback for a total of 135,000 SF of building. Independent Living Center:  This structure is a 5 story building plus 2 levels of underground parking garage.  It includes a bridge connector to the tower.   It has a total area of  approximately 224,000 SF. Wellness Center:  This is a 1 story building, directly adjacent to the previously existing tower and activities center.  It has an approximate floor plan of 21,600 SF. The Lexington Condominiums at the Racquet Club

Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  Looney Ricks Kiss Architects Burr & Cole had the opportunity to work on the Lexington Condominiums at The Racquet Club of Memphis.  This 5 building complex contains high end, luxury residences, and a guard house.  Many of these residences have private elevators, garages, and outdoor spaces with terraces or balconies.
