TN College of Applied Technology at Stanton

We provided design and construction administration services as the Structural Engineer of Record for the new $60 million, 120,000 square-feet addition to the TCAT College system. This project is located in Stanton TN and serves the West Tennessee Megasite Industrial Complex. Construction was completed ahead of schedule. The vertical structural system is wide flange steel columns with steel beams at the floor and roof. The structure is comprised of steel frame and composite concrete slabs with steel special concentrically braced frames. Location: Memphis, Tennessee Architect: Hastings & Chivetta The $22 million Bryan Campus Life Center is a multi-sport and fitness center with some of the best facilities and amenities available in the NCAA. The civil engineering on the Bryan Campus Life Center included design and drawings for the relocation of tennis courts, a baseball field, practice fields, as well as parking and drives. The structural portion of the project was 89,000 SF of new construction including is a large a multi-sport gymnasium. It also offers a ballroom, student dining areas, and 7,000 SF exercise and weight areas. It has three squash and racquet ball courts. This is the nerve center for Rhodes Athletics.
