Burr & Cole, a consulting engineering firm, is seeking an engineering student for a Civil Engineering Internship opportunity. The student should be pursuing a degree with an emphasis in Civil engineering. Students will be working on creative and challenging projects in the Memphis region utilizing a variety of software.
The small size of our office will allow you to work very closely on a daily basis with our senior engineers. Our office offers hands on experience in design, construction observation and project documentation. The position will support the senior engineers in preparation of design documents, civil plans, cost estimates. You will have the opportunity to make site visits and field inspections.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The applicant should have a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and a willingness to ask questions and accept constructive feedback.
