Burr & Cole has immediate openings for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our team.
Burr & Cole, a consulting engineering firm, is seeking an energetic Civil Engineer / Project Manager with a minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in grading, site development, roadways, utilities and stormwater management
The ideal candidate will have the minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction administration and project management
- Prepare client deliverables including construction documents and specifications, calculation packages, cost estimates and field reports
- Interact with other professionals, clients, contractors, building officials and the general public
- Coordinate elements of projects for senior staff
- Managing projects to meet schedule and budget requirements
Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- Master’s degree with a focus on structural engineering, preferred
- TN Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred
- Familiarity with HydroCAD is preferred
- A broad knowledge base in civil engineering
- Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills
