Burr & Cole was the Prime Designer for this project that included improvements to five parking lots on the University of Memphis Campus and included approximately 400 parking spaces. Work included earthwork, asphalt pavement, concrete curbs and pavement, fencing, landscaping, tree removal, irrigation, parking lot lighting and electrical conduits.
