University of Memphis FedEx Baseball Field Renovations

Civil Engineering design and construction management for this project was provided as part of the University’s renovation and upgrades to FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field. The existing grass was removed, leveled and the surface graded, then replaced with synthetic turf. Demolishing the outside wall and fencing were completed to allow for the installation of new fencing. Overton Square Trimble Courtyard

Location:  Memphis, Tennessee Architect:  LRK (Looney Ricks Kiss Architects) The recent revitalization of the historic Overton Square allowed us the opportunity to work on the new Trimble Courtyard which includes a large outdoor stage and magnificent tower featuring giant wind chimes. This courtyard has a capacity for approximately 500 guests. We preformed the structural design on the stage structure as well as the civil engineering design for this area....
