The $22 million Bryan Campus Life Center is a multi-sport and fitness center with some of the best facilities and amenities available in the NCAA.

The civil engineering on the Bryan Campus Life Center included design and drawings for the relocation of tennis courts, a baseball field, practice fields, as well as parking and drives.

The structural portion of the project was 89,000 SF of new construction including is a large a multi-sport gymnasium.  It also offers a ballroom, student dining areas, and 7,000 SF exercise and weight areas.  It has three squash and racquet ball courts.  This is the nerve center for Rhodes Athletics.  Athletes and coaches have spacious locker rooms, offices, meeting rooms and a very large athletic training room.  The facility also had 66,000 SF of complete renovation to the existing space.
