Pickwick Landing State Park is located in Pickwick, TN. Work on this project (Phase II) consisted of replacement of floating dock and anchorage systems for 56 covered slips and fuel dock / open transient slips along with some modifications to existing dock.

Work on Phase III comprised of replacing floating dock and anchorage systems for 24 covered slips and 9 open slips, addition of 6 open slips, roof structure addition at rental slip and fire boat slip, and other modifications and repairs to existing docks. Work also included maintenance dredging.
